Welcome to Nybrotech AS Limited. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services.
We offer IT freelancing services including web, Mobile development, software development, and technical consulting.
Services are billed based on the pricing structure outlined in the project proposal. It is depending on the complexity and scope of the work. Invoices will be issued monthly, and payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
Estimated completion times for projects will be provided in the project proposal. Delays due to client action or inaction, or unforeseen circumstances, may affect the delivery schedule.
The client is entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions will be billed at our hourly rate.
Clients must provide necessary information, materials, and access to systems in a timely manner to facilitate project completion.

Ownership of the work produced during the project will be specified in the project proposal. Generally, the client will have the right to use the work as agreed, while we retain the rights to any underlying methodologies and tools.
Either party may terminate the agreement under certain conditions as outlined in the project proposal. Upon termination, outstanding payments must be settled, and work completed up to the termination will be delivered.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration as per the governing laws of Oslo, Norway.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties. Amendments will be communicated and effective as specified. If any part of these terms is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
